TracFone Complaint - Horrible set-up service
TracFone throws multiple stones in your path as you buy new service and/or minutes. Yesterday, through their recorded, (no real person) set up, I had multiple problems. I ended up putting $126.00 on my credit card and was told it was non-refundable; was given no receipt through my returned email. 24 hours later, my phone does not reflect the new year of service OR the minutes (800). My land line is down, and I need a phone for regular overseas calls. I'll be spending the rest of my afternoon, trying to connect with a real person. They must be getting Vast complaints. Why they don't wake up and realize they are losing or on the verge of losing millions of dollars of business, simply due to horrible customer service..well, baffles me.
