Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast Causes Damage on House and Won't Contact me to discuss
Below is an email I wrote to our various Gov agencies looking for assistance
Attached are pictures of our house before and after Comcast installed a bracket and connected the cable to the house. The install done by Comcast has created significant damage on the house and they have yet to call me back and offer payment to fix it. I have spoken to them and been placed on hold for many minutes and they have yet to call me to allow me to send them the pictures of the damage or them sending a supervisor out to review the damage. It appears the damage also could be causing moisture in the house. I have a local tradesman coming out today to try and investigate what damage it caused beyond the siding and try and patch it for the winter. Consider this a formal complaint as I have phone and internet service in the house provided by Comcast. I have tried to give them a chance to correct the damage they caused and I get know meaningful response from them.
We had a storm in December 2010 that caused the lines to come off the house. The pictures of no damage were taken for insurance claim purposes from the storm and were taken days before Comcast installed their line. The other picture was taken yesterday and show's the damage on the house just below the Comcast line. The bracket that holds the line up was installed in December 2010 by Comcast and suspends the phone and internet line from the telephone pole.
