Priceline.com Complaint - Dont give them credit card info
Attempted to book a travel plan with flight and hotel. after we submitted the flight details and hotel details and entered the credit card info we were told the flight was no longer available and my card had not been charged. I checked balance of bank card after and found a charge of $1208.58.. I contacted Priceline and they said it was just an authrization charge and will be credited. I went to my bank as I was concerned and they said this is not an authorization and this is a purchase. contacted Priceline and they said they would contact bank. they told the bank they charged the card but then reversed the charge. Now my bank account is short 1200.00 dollars until they return the funds. I went back to the bank and they said this is a purchase an not an authorization.. Now I have no flight no trip and I am going to miss my vacation time due to not having the funds. WHEN THEY SAY THEY DID NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD,,, THEY LIE
They did charge my card and insist to me that they did not however they did tell my bank they did charge it but reversed it.. Will take up to 7 days to get my money back. No vacation now due to pricelines policys..
