Schick Complaint - Don't use Quattro razors
A while ago I used the Quattro razor from Schick on my face and I got terrible razor burn/ingrown hairs. I called customer service to complain and the lady (who was rather obnoxious) immediately started implying the whole thing was my fault. She was not helpful and all but rather defensive and aggressive. I almost called her supervisor right there but I had no more time at that moment so I let it go. I have been getting bumps/ingrown hairs on and off since then. The next time, I wrote in to complain about it. Several weeks later I got an email (standard form of course) apologizing for my inconvenience and trying to "buy me off" with a coupon for a new Schick Quattro razor. (Oh that's right, I want the same razor that caused the problem). They never apologized for the representative's behavior or indicated that they were going to do anything about her. Now, the third major time, I have big, noticeable ingrown hairs on my cheek, as well as patches of hair that the razor never cut. I am getting a little sick of this and so I say if you want to avoid these problems, use Gilette or something. Boycott Schick. I'm going to.
