Sears Complaint - Worst customer service around
I purchased a GE Profile washer & dryer 3/08. The dryer was improperly installed by the Sears installer and caught on fire next to my son's bedroom. Now, the washer has leaked from the inside out and caused water damage to my ceiling and dripped into the garage. I am a single mother with Stage 4 cancer. I have been to hell and back trying to get Sears to do something about replacing this piece of crap washer. Customer service must be in Bangladesh. Believe me, I am not a predjudice person AT ALL, but these people are IDIOTS. Not only can they not communicate in English, they are reading from a script and DO NOT CARE. I even had one tell me today that the machine was not purchased from SEARS when I was looking at my receipt. I do not need this additional stress. I will NEVER buy anything from SEARS. I went today and bought a new machine somewhere else. This is pathetic..CLOSE THE DOORS if this is how you choose to treat your customers. You will be bankrupt at the rate you are going unless you get some decent people working for you and put the customer first.
