Gresham Toyota Complaint - Customer Service (or Lack Thereof)
GRESHAM,, OREGON -- I bought a new Limited Tundra from Gresham Toyota that had bumper damage caused by dealer just prior to purchasing it. The General Sales Manager promised that it would be repaired at their expense when returned at my convenience. I asked for his promise in writing. Both parties signed promise to repair vehicle. Unbeknownst to me the copy that they kept stated "good for 30 days only". The copy I received had this statement removed by it being cut off!
When I contacted the dealer to have the repair work done it was beyond the 30 days and then found out what their copy stated. They refused to repair the damage. Real cute.
The owner was "too busy" to return any telephone calls and
explaining the situation to their Customer Relations Manager was a joke...she is related to one of the owners.
Very poor customer service and they do not honor their word. Gresham Toyota only cares about a sale of a vehicle and not interested in keeping a PAST (emphasis mine) customer happy by following through on promised work to be done.
There is no way I would recommend Gresham Toyota.
P.S. Check back as I will update this review periodically as the saga continues. (Update will be posted 5/16/05)
