Nabisco Complaint - Burnt graham crackers

Review by plane3333 on 2011-02-03
NORTHFIELD, ILLINOIS -- I purchased a 28.8oz box of honey maids. I open them to ice for the grandkids. Over half of the box was burn on one side and end. That made them all taste burnt. when grandkids won't eat iced graham crackers there is something wrong. Your inspection crew must have been napping. Bar code

Did you return them with a receipt where you purchased them from? It would be good to bring it to the supermarket's attention in case there's some other bad batches in their stock.

Based on my experience, Nabisco is not good at responding, so the quickest way to resolve this would be to call the 800 number on the box (assuming there is one). They will probably send you some coupons.

Sometimes baked goods get burned but pass quality control. It can happen with anything that is baked.
