AC, ABS, radiator repair - Complaint

IOWA CITY, IOWA -- 6 months, 4 appointments, and 1600 dollars later repairs are STILL not made. Customer service guys are very friendly, but watch out. Parts weren't ordered for scheduled appointments, mechanic had to ask me which part to order. Customer is expected to keep calling in until parts have arrived; they won't call you. At fourth appointment I was told that the shop had ordered the wrong part to do the repair that had been diagnosed 6 months previously. Dealt with three separate employees, including the store manager, with same results. These guys are either grossly incompetent or slimy, dishonest jerks. Either way, I will NEVER take my car to them again. They will make this right or they will hear form my lawyer.
