Facebook Complaint - No Common Courtesy - Login Assistance

Login Assistance - Complaint
Review by tmr1307 on 2011-02-04
For three days I have been unable to login to Facebook and have sent many emails to the support team begging for assistance. Being a senior citizen with health problems, I use Facebook throughout the day for amusement and connection with others. The site will not even acknowledge my emails.

It seems to me that a company with such a positive image should at least have the common courtesy to reply to such a problem. Not only am I angry, but I am also disappointed that the site has proven to me that it cares nothing about its users.

Yes they should have some common courtesy, but they are also a free site. Not excusing them, just saying. They do have a positive image, or else millions would not be on facebook everyday.

Why not start another account, with a new email address , and send your facebook friends an email from your new account, so they can find you.

Not only is it a free site, but a lot of their problems may be answered under the FAQ section. There are millions and millions of people on facebook, and it may take a long time to get an answer from someone.

It takes about two weeks for FaceBook to respond but they will respond.

Why not just call your friends on a phone?

You can easily make a new account, and then you'll probably be able to sign on with no problem!
