The Fire Store Complaint - Beware of the Fire Store

104 INDEPENDENCE WAY COATESVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA -- I ordered boots from this store. Two weeks passed and my credit card was not charged and I had not received the boots so I finally called customer service. I was told that the boots I had ordered were "discontinued" I inquired as to why I was not contacted and told that I would not be receiving my boots and was just told "we apologize".

To make matters worse, nearly two months passed and while checking my bank account I noticed a charge on my account from The Fire Store...they had arbitrarily charged my bank account for the same boots that I was told were "discontinued" so I called customer service AGAIN! I was told AGAIN that the boots were discontinued and did I want to make another purchase...duh?

I asked why my credit card was charged nearly two months later for boots that you don't even carry? I was told "we apologize".

Save your time and money and do not shop at the Fire Store.

I'm hoping that the charge has been cancelled by now. I agree with you, I wouldn't want to do business with a company that is that sloppy with their accounting.
