Orbitz Complaint - The worst customer service!!!
Booked a trip for hotel and flight...every thing was fine till I seen my checking account were it showed that I was double charged me for flight!!! Called Orbitz and the customer service lady said that my card was charged once for the flight and then again for a hold. When did a airline get paid for the flight and then hold money for the flight??? They said they would call my bank and reverse it...gave them the number and they told me that the number didn't work? Really a bank number dose not work...while on hold I called on my other line and hey I got a person!!!! I went around and around with this person for 40 minutes till finally a manager said hey your right we double charged you and now that your bank is closed...but the number works now! Then they asked me to call them the next day to have them fix the problem they made!
Sure I would love to call you and remind you to fix a problem you caused and could have fixed if you wanted too an hour ago!!! I have used Orbitz in the past and everything was fine...I say the past...because I will not use them again!!! Customer service is everything!!!
