GERMANTOWN, MARYLAND -- I have been with HughesNet for about a year, nothing but trouble. "High Speed" is a joke. You can not even listen to a Utube video without is having to stop to download several times during the song. And the customer service is NOT! I have reported them to the FCC and Attorney General and they reported back and told them that the problem had been resolved. News to me! It took so many calls and emails to get a tech out and you pay for that even though you pay for insurance and 24hr service on your bill. The tech was a subcontractor that stated that HughesNet was adding 5000 new customers a day, boy I feel for those people, they do not know what they are getting in to. Some smart Attorney should latch on to this and slap them with a class action. They know that their time is short with broadband spreading that is why they are not going to solve anyones problem, they are going to sign as many as possible and take the money and run.
