Sears Complaint - Sears part backordered cancelled and they still insist on charging
CHICAGO -- Order part online. It showed backordered with no estimated date of fulfillment. Canceled. It confirmed online and via email the cancellation. Followed by a personal note from Sears Parts Direct that they refused to cancel and would still ship although it had not been shipped nor billed yet at that point.
Sears is difficult and frustrating. I would recommend not dealing with them if possible!
