Wow I would never believe in the USA we could have such rip offs getting away with their scams year after year...in a business where you can make money being honest why scam the people. This company is BAD NEWS.
They have driven me to the point of insanity with the lies deceit and unfair business practices.
You now how to tell when someone from this company is not telling the truth?
EVERY TIME THERE LIPS MOVE !!!!!!!!!!!One day they will push the wrong person. in these challenging business times all business owners are on edge just trying to survive and you hook up with a company like this and you have hope for more business and really what will happen is they will put you out of business..... What happens is you pay for a service to be put in certain geographical areas lets say Tampa Bay I am an ac contractor in the bay area...Well when you get a click report i am getting and paying for clicks that are more than 300 miles from the area i pay for and i show up in plumbing service,,I am an ac contractor....Now they have a login for me to go change my own stuff they call it the back door...Well i change everything all is good for a day or 2 and guess what i log back in because i notice my bill hitting $500.00 in 2 days and no phones ringing well guess what they changed it all on me again....OVER AND OVER AND OVER....WHAT EVER BUDGET GO GIVE THEM THEY WILL SPEND SO I AM AN AC CONTRACTOR BUSINESS IS SLOW BECAUSE OF NICE WEATHER HOW DO I GET 50 CLICKS IN ONE DAY WHEN IT IS 70 DEGREES OUT AND PEOPLE ARE HANGING AT THE BEACH......THESE PEOPLE ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH

Lots of rant...not much detail. Is there any way possible you could curb the emotion and give us some facts on what you expected and what you got?

jktshff1, from what I can tell it looks like the OP is paying Idearc for online advertising of some kind - like a banner or text link.
Many of these ads are CPC (cost per click), so an ad might be say $.40 per click. I think the OP is claiming that Idearc has expanded the reach of his ad - against his will - to well beyond the Tampa area to increase the number of clicks.

Yea, seems as if he is trying to get local adds, but is getting long distance ones and is having to pay for it.
