Factory Store Outlet Complaint - Patio dog Door

CINCINNATI, OHIO -- I ordered a large replacement patio dog door for my 65 pound dog. The company sent me a small. I returned it and ordered the large one. I received it, but unfortunately it wasn't the correct style. I received another return form and specified the Pet Safe number that I needed. I just received an email, I UPSed the product three weeks ago, stating that they needed to know whether to exchange or return. I checked my bank account and saw that my money was returned minus $15.00/restocking and original shipping charges. Horrible company to deal with. RIP OFF!!!

Restocking fees are fairly common, but can be annoying. You might want to consider getting your dog door at a local store.
