Anchors Aweigh Travel Complaint - Bad Service - Hotel Reservations

ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -- This agency will take your information, tell you that you have the hotel reservation and yet not confirm with the hotel until the last minute. Send you an email four days before you are to leave telling you that there aren't rooms for the entire stay at the hotel requested two months earlier, but she can get you a room at another (lesser) hotel for part of your stay at a different rate of coarse. Then act like it's not a big deal and you shouldn't be irritated that you don't have a room to check into when you arrive in a few days and will have to bounce between hotels.

Prior to this event, she failed to return calls in a timely manner and only answered her phone 1 out of 6 calls (I know, should've been a red flag)
