Lowe's Complaint - Help Lowe's Employees
DURHAM, NORTH CAROLINA -- I'm writing this for people who are thinking about applying for Lowe's. I'm also writing this in hopes that someone from corporate or a district manager will see this and do something. Working there has really became a burden on me and the other employees that I got hired on with. Favoritism was surrounded by me as soon as I started WITH NO TRAINING. No one wanted to help me I basically had to learn it on my own. Now the management has gotten as bad as it ever has. They layed off two of the best managers we had not because of their job performance, but because they were not in that circle of ass kissers. Now it's to the point were if you are not in that circle, your hours will either be cut or you will b layed off. I go to the HR manager about this but she just thinks I'm taking things too personal. It's just funny how after I have a disagreement with a manager that makes the schedule, I only work two days out of the week, the least out of anyone...but it's not personal...yeah right. Is this how Lowe's treats there employees? Things just keep geting worse and the management is to blame. I want to quit but I feel like someone needs to do something about this problem not run away from it.
