Florist Express Complaint - Could Not Fill Order!
My mom was coming for the day for her birthday. I ordered flowers the day before I wanted them delivered and was "guaranteed" next day delivery. They never came. The next day I got an email saying they could send the flowers TWO days from then. That would be 4 days after placing the order.
I had even paid $15.00 extra dollars for the deliverary date. Anyway, then they refused to give me a refund until I spoke with a supervisor.
Bottom line, they make promises they can't keep.
