Cavalier Telephone Complaint - Business Solutions (Internet/Phone/Email) are terrible...
I am not one to gripe too much, but this is getting ridiculous. We have had issues with Cavtel since we signed our 3yr contract. We have a T1 line, with 7 phone lines as well as our office email (about 15 accounts). The system is unreliable at best. The internet continually stalls out, is s...l...o...w...er than dirt. Outlook doesn't like to sync with their "new and improved" Google based mail servers as they operate with an IMAP system vs. POP3. Their tech support says "it should work just fine"...but it doesn't.
We have an account manager, that seemed to change about every month when we first signed up...the last time I heard from them was at least 6 months ago...when we were having more issues. They all swear they will keep in contact with us, and do everything possible. That they are not going anywhere...and then they are gone.
Trouble tickets get closed out as no problem found...issue resoved...or whatever to clear it from their desk...the system has an inherent flaw somewhere...it's your job to find it and correct. I am the customer...I pay for a service. I can not run an effective business on this unreliable system. I don't have time to spend hours on end with tech support...listing every little detail from the issues in the field to help you resolve it...
I would not recommend this company to ANYONE looing for a reliable internet/phone service provider for your business.
