Pizza Hut Complaint - Worst customer service EVER!!
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I was craving garlic bread, so I went to a Pizza Hut at Pico Union Square to order just bread sticks. The cashier charged me and said they will be ready in 15 minutes I thought it was too long for just 5 pieces of bread and it was worse: I ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes! I got the box and went home just to realize 10 minutes later I got chicken wings instead. I, angry, went back and showed the girl what they gave me. She said "Oh, I'll give you bread sticks. Do you want to keep the chicken wings? you'll just have to PAY THE DIFFERENCE". I told her I would like to keep them too but I didn't want to pay anything for them, that was the list I deserved for the incident. She told me "well, I'm sorry for that but if you want to keep the wings you have to pay for them." Or I could keep them just she wouldn't give me my bread sticks. I told her I wouldn't pay and that I wanted my bread sticks because I did pay for bread sticks and showed her the receipt. She kept arguing and saing she wouldn't do that. I asked for the supervisor, her answer was "I am the supervisor". I frustrated ask her, "Are you going to make me pay for the chicken wings after you made me wait 20 minutes for 4 bread sticks and... She interrupted me and said "Not 4, it's 5 bread sticks and you should've checked your order before you went out the store". I told her it was her responsibility to check the orders before you give it to the client. She told me, "It's not my fault, I didn't give you the order" By now I knew I was wasting my time with her "the supervisor" and there were more clients waiting and listening to the argument so gave her the chicken wings back. She got them and trashed them there in front of me and told me "Your bread sticks will be ready in 15 minutes." I went back home and came back for my bread sticks in 20 minutes.
