Systemtools2011 Complaint - Ripped off - software for anti virus

Review by vermin on 2011-02-08
I am 76 yrs. old and money is very tight. I don't know much about computers. On Dec.16th I was on the computer and everything suddenly went haywire, I was told I had to subscribe to this anti-virus to get rid of it. I did and gave my bank card number. I already had an anti-virus system that only cost about $35. When I got my bank statement
$99.90 was taken out. No sign of that system on computer. When I looked them up to question it there were only warnings about fraud. I called the phone # and just got music. It made my check bounce for my electric. Is there any way I can get my money back, and prevent them from taking more from my account? Thank you, Teresa Bell

You can contac\t your bank and see if they will reverse it for being fraudulent. it's a gray area because you did agree to it, but were mislead. It is worth a try.
