Travelocity Complaint - Grossy Incompetent Employees
I have had to call into Travelocity to deal with mistakes they have made 2 times now in the past year. This cost me a total of 4 hours of my time. They offered me a $25 discount to make it up to me. Its just not worth it. Their customer service reps are grossly incompetent, and attempted to incorrectly book my reservation numerous times. The good news? They decided they wouldn't have to charge me for booking on the phone. Really? Use another travel site, or waste hours of your time trying to fix their mistakes.
