Sprint Nextel Complaint - Overbilling
We had been loyal customers of Sprint/Nextel for over four years. We had had some minor annoyances with billing and customer service over that time, but ignored it. Our questions were never addressed and the company just didn't seem to care. The final straw was an overbilling of $100.00. We have three phones, no texting, no web connection--just phone with 1400 minutes. Our November bill went over and we hadn't changed usage AT ALL. Tried to get some resolution and were basically told, "prove it". Cell phone plans are expensive to begin with, but to be hit with $100.00 overage that you didn't use is too much. I told them they were being short sighted in an email, but never got a response back. We're going with Verizon. All family members who have Verizon just love their service. Glad to be rid of Sprint/Nextel!
