Conexis Complaint - Need error corrected ASAP--3rd request

DALLAS, TEXAS -- I paid a premium for coverage of insuance for 1/1/2011 through 1/31/2011. I received notification from my insurance carrier that my January medical expenses were denied due to "no coverage" I called carrier and was advised that CONEXIS indiated by coverage was terminated 1/21/2010 instead of 1/31/2011. I called CONEXIS on 2/4/2011 and spoke with Tim. He stated he would have THEIR error corrected. I need a Certificate of Credible Coverage to apply for new insurance. I called my carrier on 2/7/2011 and was advised my account still has not been corrected. I have sent 3 Emails to CONEXIS with no reply and I have tried to call, but their messages still indicates cannot take call due to "bad weather". The bad weather was 2 weeks ago!!!
I'm disabled and only have a short period of time to apply for new insurance and need my records corrected ASAP to be able to get the needed certificate.
I NEED IT CORRECTED NOW!!!!!. They also need to change their phone message. If I'm denied new insurance because of their error and poor customer service I'm filing my 2nd formal complaint to the BBB, along with the Ohio, Delaware and Texas Insurance Departments
