The Pine Shop Complaint - Poor customer service, decreased product quality

Resolution Update on 03/07/2011:
I was contacted by The Pine Shop after they read my review on WOMF. They are going to put new drawers on my dresser so that there won't be spots anymore. I am unable to get the dresser down there, so he offered to come get it, fix it, and bring it back. I really appreciate the effort he is going to to make me happy with my dresser. He said that he never received my original complaint email, that perhaps there is an error on the site. We also discussed the original phone call in which I complained about the lack of drawer pulls. There may have been a miscommunication originally, but he is going to drill some holes so that I can put some drawer pulls on. Once everything is fixed, I think I will be very happy with my dresser, and the customer service they are now showing is in line with other reviews I have read online.
YAKIMA, WASHINGTON -- This shop is now being run by the original owner's son. The customer service is terrible and the quality of the furniture is definitely a lot lower than it used to be.

I was told my dresser would have drawer pulls, but they didn't even drill holes for me. When I asked about the lack of drawer pulls, they told me they were extra and basically tried to say I was lying about being told they'd be included.

The quality of the piece is not what I expected for the price. While the dresser seems sturdy and reasonably well-built, there are brown spots streaking across the drawer fronts. It looks like a kid ran dirty fingers across it. I know wood has imperfections, but these are really unsightly. I won't be able to finish this with just a clear coat now.

Don't go here, try the place behind Big R instead. My sister got a couple of dressers, and while they are slightly lower quality than mine, they are much larger and were wayyyy cheaper.
