American Express Delta Complaint - American Express Delta Companion Certificates (two flights for the price of one)

Review by Steve37 on 2011-02-09
American Express Delta Companion Certificates promise when you buy one ticket the second ticket is free. I have been trying to book a flight departing from California.

I am hoping anyone that has been able to book a departing flight from California with a Delta Companion Certificate will post the flight details.

Any time you want to book a free ticket - be it a BOGO, frequent flyer ticket or voucher - space is limited and is not available on all flights. Weekends, holidays and other prime dates will have few if any seats at all.

Booking really far in advance or last minute might help.

Good advice Ben. You might be able to find companion seats last minute on a flight that isn't sold out. Yes it's a gamble, but it can pay off. The key to using companion tickets is to be flexible.

You want details? If you have the certificate go to to use it and it will show the flights based on where you want to go. Also if you think you have one but don't have the number call the number on the back of your card :)
