T-Mobile Complaint - Let me go already!
I just want to cancel my service because TMobile's coverage is not good where I am at and I went through so much just to do it. I did not have a contract anymore. They talked me into putting a hold. Then when I tried to cancel a month later after putting it on hold, they said it was not the end of the billing cycle so I will be charged. So I said ok, let me wait until the end of the billing cycle. When I canceled at the end of the next billing cycle, I was charged for the whole month because according to them, when I called the last time, I had them remove the hold, which I never did. Now why would I call to cancel and then ask them to remove the hold? Just let me cancel, ok? I've been a loyal customer and Tmobile cannot meet my needs anymore! But they want to really hold on...very disappointed and will not pay the charge.
