Wirefly Complaint - Wirefly, Fly Away
I wanted to upgrade my AT&T service plan. I placed my order with Wirefly and then it began! My first clue should have been when I had to repeat the spelling of my first name three times to the customer service representative whose English was horrid. But no I continued on. After the order was placed I was then told that I would receive a car charger and a blue tooth apparatus both FREE OF CHARGE. After approx. 45 minutes on the phone I was told that my charges would be 18.00 for the activation charge for each phone, no problem I expected that. I rec'd the phones as promised in four days. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the sales receipt and found charges for 79.97 on one phone and 49.99 on the other! I was charged not only for the FREE ITEMS but also had a handset protetion fee for 49.99 that was charged to my credit card. Well it does no good to call them because they have no intentions of taking care of the problems. I spent thirty minutes trying to get to someone who was supposedly "higher authority". After another fifteen minutes still nothing! I asked for a phone call from the main supervisor I was told that someone SHOULD CALL within 48 hrs. Okay this is Friday so maybe Mon.? No sometime on Tuesday!
Come on how long should it take to correct the messes that they caused. I had used this company two years ago with any prolems at all. Now that is all I have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
