TracFone Complaint - Defective accessories
We recently purchased a couple tracfones with free accessory kits. In one accessory kit the adapter that was needed for one of the phones was defective. I emailed Tracphone twice, called and spoke with 2 "supervisors" trying to get a replacement. They told me I would have to return both phones and both accessory kits for refunds. How ridiculous. They just did this because they knew I wouldn't return both phones after the mess of porting and activation. So beware, warranties from Tracphone mean nothing. It is also painful to try to understand the customer service personnel, not only because of the language barrier but the poor connections. It sounds like 10 people speaking at once.
