Flight cancelled - Complaint
December 27,2010 was supposed to be the day I was to fly home to Florida, as you all know we had a blizzard but Philadelphia Airport was open and AIRTRAN had planes landing there.
Long story short they cancelled our flight.
I booked it thru lowestfare, big mistake!
I contacted them and they told on 1/4/2011 that it would take 10 days for them to get me my refund.
It is now 2/14/201 and we have not received a call or a dime.
make sure you check these sites before you book a flight and check their policy for returns!
