Proflowers Complaint - Bad delivery and customer service
I recommend that no one use this company as a service provider for any holiday deliveries. I orderd flowers for my wife on 2/11/2011 so that they could be deliverd on 2/14/2011 and even paid and extra fee for a supposed garentee that they would be deliverd by 1:00 PM on 2/14/2011 but one two three four and five o'clock went by and my flowers never got deliverd. They did say that I would see the money back in my account for the supposed garentee of the devlivery at 1:oo in three buisness days. There customer service has been horrible. This company garentee's a service that they can not meet or exceed. What does this say about there managment and upper managment. Next time I will use 1-800 flowers like I have in the past or FTD.
