SMART BARGAINS Complaint - Terrible Customer Service

A chalkboard I ordered online from (sub-company, SMART BARGAINS), arrived at my home severely damaged. They were extremely uncooperative in trying to come up with a solution to get me an undamaged product. After serveral attempts to contact the manager or owner of the company, I eventually gave up and still have this broken, cracked, decrepid chaldboard. They refunded my shipping charges to as a gift certificate but that's all.
