In-Town Suites Complaint - In-Town Suites Put A Family On The Streets For No Reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- We arrive at in town suites Nov of 2010 and as of today have been here ever since, we started having probs with the manager LIBBY at beach blvd Jacksonville fl location I had went in to pay my rent and she refused said I wasn't on the room registration which is not correct my husband is but I am also I preceded to go back up to my room to get my drivers license and returned as I gave her the rent and my id she pushed it back in my face rudely and said get out! we need the room for someone else I have never heard of that be for in my life you throw a family out because you don't like them I asked for a number to corporate and they gave me some stupid number to leave a message and they never call you back I called the police and they came out and try to help but Libby is very uncooperative. she wouldn't even give a reason to the officers she insisted that we leave now but the officers convinced her to let us stay to 4pm to find another place and move my kids are in school and we have to take them out and go thru hassle we just want whats right and Libby is wrong I really think you all need to check her out she has very poor customer skills.

Please no 1 with or with out kids come to this or any in-town suites they are rude and uncaring and all I have seen is mutable complaints now my family and myself are back to square 1.

We certainly regret this occurrence and our Market Manager has spoken with this guest.

As part of our normal procedure, we require every guest to present a photo ID when transacting business, paying for rooms, getting keys etc. The previous Manager, who is no longer with the company, was not following this procedure.

Therefore, when the new acting manager asked for the ID, the guest got upset thinking this was a random request.

As stated, we have spoken with this guest and are working with her to move her to another location that is very close. We believe the issue is resolved at this point.
