Dish Network Complaint - Equipment Return Nightmare!
TEXAS -- After only a short month, I had had enough of Dish! Not the product promised, very slow and herky-jerky, and expensive...also not themselves connected with a reputable internet company (my bad). Neanderthal really! The representative was to send a box for the cable box...apparently I have to climb on the roof myself to remove the dish! Add to that I have to pay for the return, insurance and proof of receipt. If I use the UPS tag provided by them...Dish will charge me $15! But wait there's more! They sent me a box...containing ANOTHER cable box! Now I must pay for 2 boxes to be shipped! Lots of pressure to tell them they were better than cable, too! Unbelieveable!
