Liquidation.com Complaint - Misrepresented merchandise sold - Purchased a DVD duplicator that is not the brand the seller listed

Purchased a DVD duplicator that is not the brand the seller listed - Complaint
Review by 4maynards on 2011-02-15
I filed a complaint because the seller listed merchandise under the wrong brand. I filed my complaint and hear nothing back. I called liquidation.com and spoke to Darian, who is a condescending a-hole. He had a "careless" attitude and couldn't even tell me what was happening with my complaint. All he said was "liquidation.com has 10 days to settle the complaint." That's it. I will not buy from them again and encourage others to do the same. The seller is TargetSurplus.

In cases such as this, what usually happens is that companies like Liquidation have merchandise from a number of manufacturers. If you research it properly, you will most likely find wording to the effect that they reserve the right to substitute merchandise of equal or netter quality. Complaining because you got a unit with a different brand name is spitting into the wind.
