All American Fitness Complaint - Contract Scam

OKLAHOMA -- They lied. I told them up front that I cannot do a 24 month contract because I knew I would move in 1 year. They assured me that I would not have to pay a cancellation fee in this situation. When I tried to cancel they are requiring me to pay the fee. They say that my contract says nothing about not pay the cancellation fee. I talked to supervisors at the local and corporate level. They are jerks and corrupt. I wouldn't give a penny to them for this type of customer service if I were you.

It doesn't matter what any salesman tells you. They all tell you what you want to hear which isn't always the truth. All that matters is what is in the contract. We all need to take the time to read contracts carefully and if a business tries to get you to sign without reading it because they are in a hurry to get your signature then you need to walk away.
