OOKISA Complaint - Rip Off
ONTARIO, CA -- I'm not satisfied with the service and the products they offer. They are completely mispresenting their products. I ordered their trial kit and paid for the shipping, didn't receive them. After waiting 3 weeks I called them again asked if they sent any because my card was charged. They sent me another one and extented the trial peroid. I agreed and waited. I got the package in 2 weeks and opened the box and I was disappointed. First of all it is not 30 days of supply.
I tried the products and didn't see any results. So I called and wanted to return them back before the trial ends. The customer service representative tried her best to persuade me keep the product and offered me less price...which at this point I made no sense,,,,if the product doesn't work why I should keep them for another try. Finally she gave return authorization. I sent the items with priority mail which guarentess 2-3 business days. It has been a month now and the company still claims they didn't receive it. Very funny, i think they are waiting for my triel period to end to charge my card saying they didn't receive the product back. I'm about to check with USPS to track my package. meantime, I will report to BBB.
I think something is going on with this company and the way they run the business. I wouldn't recommend this product at all. false promise, poor customer service, not customer oriented at all...Hope you don't make the same mistake I did.
