MyPoints.com, Inc. Complaint - Lousy customer service
Complaint
I've been cheated out of hundreds of points on mypoints.com. The customer service sucks and they hardly return my e-mail complaints. It says when you place an order on mypoints.com and that you should get the points within a month, I barely ever do. When I contact them, I get the run around and excuses of why the points aren't in my account and I should contact the seller which I always do and I wait and wait, but I never end of gettting the points. Very louse service and I would not recommend this site to anyone. Beware of this phony company.
