Cingular Wireless Compliment - NO Customer Service
FLORIDA -- I moved from GA to Florida and I went into my local Cingular store in GA and they told me my rate plan was fine in Florida and I didn't need to do anything until I got down there. My first bill when I was down here was *ready* $898.00 because of over $625 in roaming charges. I also have over 4200 rollover minutes that I cannot use to help cover that at all. I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with un-customer service with really no avail except that they couldn't do anything for me...so I set a letter to Cingular in Atlanta...finally - four weeks late someone from the "office of the president" called and boy was she a piece - she told me it was my fault and my issue so there was nothing she could or would do. I said well that's a good approach to keeping customers...blame the customer for everything...I have been a Cingular customer for over 6 years and let me tell you in Sept...NO MORE - I took my rate plan down to the minimum and will ride it out....and I told her she would get what money I had left at the end of the month to pay on that charge. If you even once thought of it...think again....they have no CUSTOMER SERVICE - I really think it is a joke to them.
