Monro Muffler / Brake Complaint - Poor Customer Service

1529 OREGON PIKE LANCASTER,, PENNSYLVANIA -- AFTER PURCHASING A USED CAR, I WENT TO RAY KASSIM, MANAGER OF MONRO AT, 1529 OREGON PIKE IN LANCASTER PA. TEL# 717-390-8686 WHO I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH AND WHO CHECKED OUT MY NISSAN SENTRA GXE. I ASKED RAY TO GET ME A FULL SIZE RIM ON FEB.4TH, 20011. I HAD GONE BACK 5 TIMES 9 15 MILES EACH WAY ) IT'SNOW FEB.16TH AND THE RIM NEVER ARRIVED. MONRO NEVER HAD THE DECENCY TO EVEN CALL ME. I WAS A VERY GOOD AND GENEROUS CUSTOMER.*** NOT ANY LONGER !*** I COULD HAVE WENT NEXT DOOR TO MONRO TO EITHER GOODYEAR OR FIRESTONE. BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER, I DID NOT. FROM NOW ON, I WILL. *** BYE MONRO !*** YOU SUCK !

P.S. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MONRO'S CORPORATE OFFICE WAS OF NO HELP EITHER.
