TriCom Card Technologies, Inc Complaint - Poor Customer Service and Defective Equipment

SAN PEDRO, CALIFORNIA -- After purchase of card reader contacted company to advise the item did not work as described. Company promised a fix was only a couple of weeks away, stayed in contact with company over the next 3 months each time they had a different excuse as to why they could not fix the problem immediately. In early January we advised them we could no longer wait for the fix and requested a refund. Through email the president of the company confirmed we would receive a refund within 10 days of them receiving the card reader, which was on 01/14/11. I am now no longer getting replies to my emails regarding the refund. Not only are we having difficulties in receiving the refund but customer service wise they are terrible and the employee Corine has on several occasions berated and cursed at myself and my boss regarding this issue and hung up on us on multiple occasions.
