Facemedix.com Complaint - What happened to Customer Service

FRONT ROYAL, VIRGINIA -- On November 17, 2010, I purchased the Nutra Sonic Skin Care System from the online store facemedix.com for $90. I received the product and everything was fine. Toward the end of January 2011 (just over two months after purchase) the device would not hold a charge, no matter how long it remained on the charger. Yesterday (February 15, 2011, just three months after purchase) the device stopped working all together. I sent the company an email expressing the issue and requested to return the product for a refund. I received an email from facemedix.com that only stated: "We do not accept the returns after 30 days."
The device was not cheap and for it to only work for three months is an issue, in my opinion. I would understand if I simply did not like the product and wanted to return it, but IT DOES NOT FUNCTION! I followed the very simple directions for charging the device, I did not drop it or abuse it in any way. There is NO reason other than defect that would cause it stop working and apparently that is my problem...according to facemedix.com anyway. Save the headache and stay away from this company.
