LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- We purchased four TV dinners with the Claim Jumper label. In one of the boxes of the Salisbury Steak with gravy, macaroni and cheese and brocoli, the salisbury steak was missing! Thought the steak might be under the macaroni and cheese so opened the plastic film over the packaging but there was NO salisbury steak. What do you suggest we do? Thought about returning it to the retail store but the outer packaging was destroyed and the plastic film was opened. Is there any way we can be compensated for our loss?

Contact Claimjumper (there should be an 800 number or email addy on package.) In cases like this, most companies will send you coupons for more than you lost. They do this to keep goodwill with customers. I am sure it was a mistake in an automated assembly line, and not something that happens very often.
