Comcast Corporation Compliment - On line customer service
I have used the on-line customer service and ended with frustration. This evening I got the pleasure of chatting with Rhea Lisa. Her (sc ID) is RheaACNV, and her (cms ID) is 36202. She helped me with my problem and she made sure that I understood everything she explained. I could not have asked for a more helpful customer service agent. I asked her if I could request her if I ever have to get on-line for help. She responded that the chats are just sent to their rooms. So I feel she should be given a raise and promotion to train the people that are the on-line customer service agents. She is what you want your company to be represented as. Helpful, courteous, informative and thorough. She deserves a pat on the back and thank you.
