Priceline.com Complaint - Mr. Woody - Customer Service
When I picked my hotel I had never been to Montgomery AL so I wasn't sure exactly where to stay. I found a hotel on Priceline that seemed to be nice looking w/ decent amenities. I was told when I made it to AL that the hotel I booked through Priceline was merely an "okay" hotel. I found out that a coworker was going to be staying at a different hotel and for my safety and comfort I wanted to switch. I was not able to cancel w/o paying for the full reservation no matter what b/c that was policy. I couldn't afford to pay double for another hotel so I had to stay.
I was able to overlook the creepy men as they stared obnoxiously at me as I passed by or that w/o a thought would hit on me. What I was not able to over look was when I went to my car this morning...I guess I parked in front of the wrong room at my hotel last night. This morning I walk out go to my car as normal, as I turned to get in a disturbing site catches my eye...standing in the window staring at me is a man, ass naked, playing w/ his "lil John" WTF!!
Somehow it gets worse!! I tried to speak to someone at Priceline about their "policy" and the issues I have been having, the gal I spoke to simply read from a script! (At least the hotel sounded concerned!!) The poorly trained CSR continued to just read to me that it would be about 2 business days before I received a email in regards to this complaint.
Needless to say I will NOT EVER recommend Priceline nor will I utilize their services ever again.
