Brickner's of Wausau, WI Complaint - Do Not Deal With Any Part Of This Dealership!!!!!

WAUSAU, WISCONSIN -- It is my advice not to deal with Brickner's of Wausau, WI. In 2007 I went there to look at Chrysler 300's. They treated me like I didn't have the money to afford a 300. So I went to S&L Motors and leased a 300 from some very nice people. In 2010 my lease was up and I called Brickner's of Wausau to give them another chance. Still the same rude salesmaen! So I purchase a 2010 Dodge 1500 from Colby Chrysler. My wife has a 2008 Jeep Liberty Limited. I took it to brickner's of wausau to have the oil changed and the tires rotated and balanced. They did not have the correct air pressure in the tires as they were all different. and they left the oil cap off after the oil change. I didn't notice until over 1 month! They then got us in to redo everything and said they would clean the engine compartment as well. Now the inside of our Jeep smells like solvent!!!! I put a complaint into Chrysler about this and mentioned I would not take my vehicle's back there. When I bought my new truck it came with 3 years of free oil changes. They expect that I go to brickner's of wausau for these oil changes. I told them I would not and they said then to bad for you then go to another dealership. the only other one close is 40 miles away. so much for free. In my eyes I paid for those oil changes as it help me decide to buy a Dodge.
With all this said, Dodge will to stand behind you in a dispute with a dealership. you are on your own. So if that is ok with you? then buy a Dodge Chrysler product. I know I won't and I have a brother inlaw that is getting a Ford now and a neighbor that is going to get a GM. And I will not stop letting everyone I know what to expect if they buy a Dodge Chrysler product in this area!

We are so sorry to hear of your bad experience at Brickners. There is no reason to be rude to customers as they are our life line and in todays market every customer counts! I certainly would not let that happen. We would like to help your experience to be delightful and if you could see it in your heart to call me.
