FTD.Com Complaint - Non-delivery of flowers - Valentine Day Flowers
Valentine Day Flowers - Complaint
DOWNERS GROVE, ILLINOIS -- I ordered flowers for my wife a week before Valentines Day because I would be out of town. FTD.com acknowledged my order and charged my credit card. At 2:11 PM on Valentines Day, FTD.com notified me of non-delivery, but said that they would deliver the flowers on February 16 instead. And I would get a $20 coupn off of a future order so that it could happen again. DO NOT ORDER FROM FTD.com, or you will be disappointed.
