Cordia Communications Complaint - HORRIBLE service-cancel tickets without cause and leave 80 yr old man without service for days
What a sham of a company. If you are thinking of switching for the low rates - DONT. You get what you pay for - low rates = low service. This company opened a ticket, refused to give us the ticket # then, claimed to confirm appt and when I didn't answer the call I never received, they canceled the ticket. Now the day before service is to occur at My 80 YR OLD FATHERS house, they tell me they can't commit to making the service call. What a bunch of jerks. No escalation path. No compassion. Plain ole - NO SERVICE. Drop them now.
