Network Solutions Complaint - Contiued Failure to Respond
PENNSYLVANIA -- I have written to your company on numerous occasions:
Re: [NIC-011025.18ce] Other
Re: [NIC-011006.1901] Other
Re: [NIC-011003.1024] Domain Names
Re: [NIC-011001.b06] Fees.
And, I have yet to receive a solitary reply. My account was charged for 3 '.info' domain names close to one month ago, but, as of this date, I still have no access to them. One of the names I purchased was for myself and the two others were for clients I am designing web pages for. With your continuing non-response my next steps are
1) Contest the charges with my credit card company
2) Report these transactions to http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp as internet fraud
3) Chronicle my interactions with your company in an article for PC Magazine or other publication
It's a shame that it has come to this but I can only assume from your company's lack of response that you do not care.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
