They were just on our local news. Seems they were harassing this man and had the wrong man. They refused to stop calling and even called 2 and 3 times a day and he was recovering from cancer and they would wake him up. The man called our local tv station help line and they got to the bottom of it. Funny when they called NCO they did not get a call back, but NCO finally stopped calling the guy.

Agreed, NCO are bottom feeders, but what do Bible passages have to do with NCO? Not helpful, very confused.
